Regular period late!

I have a regular period I get it every month around the same time, the most days it’s been late is 4 & that’s rare. My man & I don’t use any protection, the 3 years we’ve been living together my period has never been 7 days late. I usually get painful period symptoms a week before my period & this past week I only had a few cramps, really sore breast, & bad cramps when I lay on my stomach. Should I take a pregnancy test or wait a few more days ?
