As long as I bleed after taking plan b I’m not pregnant?

Help I took plan B the 20th of May I started spotting a week later on the 27th the spotting turned into heavy bleeding that lasted 5 days. Not to mention I had taken plan b earlier that month as well so I do understand it was a lot of hormones but both times I took it I got my period which left me having 2 periods in one month. It’s now June and I haven’t had a period since I have been stressing about it, was that my period or was that just a form of plan B doing its job? Will I get my period or could plan b cause me to skip it since I had 2 last month sos need advice
