I just got my ultrasound CD 11 and my right ovary has a 12mm follicule. My Dr wants to me to come back on CD15.

I don’t understand, why would I have a positive opk?

I also took letrozole 7.5mg on CD 3-7

As this happened to anyone? Or can femara give you false positives?
