guys please help

im on the swim team, and theres this guy there that’s a year older than me and we’re pretty good friends and ive never liked him romantically and i assumed he felt the same bc he had a gf

but we had team pictures the other day and i was standing on the raised platform behind him and he would reach back and rub my leg really sexually and i would punch his shoulder and tell him to stop but he didnt

and then later that night he kept doing only what i can describe as dancing on me and saying really suggestive things

so anyway please help me what do i do im freaking out
