Red Raspberry Leaf Tea???

Is anyone trying this? I have been trying it since 28weeks. Its suppose to soften your cervics and help with labor.

Red raspberry leaf tea does not soften your cervix. It gets confused with EPO all the time. All it does is help tone your uterus which can help with labor and recovery. You can start taking it in the second trimester and the longer you take it the more beneficial it is. Now EPO is not recommended until 35w or later because it can ripen the cervix but there is no promises it works. Neither will put you into labor.

Red raspberry leaf tea I've been drinking since about 20ish weeks now. It kind of just tastes like a regular black tea. And like someone else already pointed out, it doesnt soften the cervix or put you in labour, it helps to tone the cervix so that it can recover quicker after birth 😊

I bought some and haven’t tried it yet. How does it taste? 
I know it strengthens your uterus and I have heard some people say it gave them Braxton Hicks contractions. Has that happened to you? I haven’t had any BH yet and don’t want to get them either which is why I have been putting off drinking it.
