Anyone else trying ro conceive after the mirena was removed? We got pregnant after my first AF after mirena was removed. We just started TTC but I guess I had false hope after our first experience, AF came today 😞 I thought it would be as easy as last time I know its only my first month trying but I had the cramping sore breasts I am just down today... Guess just need to suck it up and try again next ovalution window....
