Side of my boob hard?

My boy is 13 days old and this afternoon for the first time I suddenly realized the side of one of my breasts felt hard when I touched it?? What could this be? I texted my midwife also but it’s late

It’s milk it means that side of your boob hasn’t emptied while feeding.. completely normal hun, when feeding baby if it’s still hard push down the the side of your boob that isn’t hard, and the milk should drain away from the hard bit. Or you can try massaging your boob while feeding to help milk flow properly..

Milk in your milk duct.  Massage it.   Sometimes a hot shower while doing it is easier
