My baby girl has the same on her cheeks and has a rash by her mouth. I just keep it dry as much as possible. Place a bib on her. clean the area and place aquaphor on her skin twice a day to act as a barrier between the drool and skin. It will clear (I’m told) when baby stops drooling. Good luck to us!

My 3.5 month old has the same thing from all the drool and rubbing his face with his drooly hands. I try to keep the area clean but he’s been drooling soooo much!
