I understand I am a gross person I just wasn't thinking at the time and I'm kind of freaking out about it. So I was in my room about to go to sleep I was on my period checking to make sure I didn't have a tampon in so I inserted my finger to check because I couldnt remember if I had taken it out because sometimes they get stuck inside me. I know this is gross-i didnt wash my hands after as I planned to just go right to sleep. I did wipe my finger off and there was no blood on it anymore but I didn't wash it. I couldn't sleep and A few hours later my sister comes in asking if she can have some of my candy. I totally forgot I didn't wash my hands after touching my period blood and I didn't touch the actual candy but I touched the wrapper so I'm not sure if I contaminated it somehow. I feel really disgusting. I got tested like a month ago and I don't have anything but I'm afraid it will make her sick?? I'm not even sure if it came in contact with the candy but I like opened the wrapper with my fingers and totally forgot about it. I feel so disgusting and have been freaking out about it. Yes I know I'm gross and I know I will be judged for it, I should have washed my hands but I didn't remember until after it had already happened. Should I let her know or what should I do?? It's now the next day.
