So had my 37+2 week appt yesterday and after my cervix check (only 1 1/2cm dilated) I mentioned to my dr that my little one has decreased in movements tremendously (she didn’t move around a crazy amount before but she at least would react to meals and ice) I’m talking no reaction after eating meals or eating ice/ sugar anymore. He decided to put my on the heart monitor for a quick 20 mins and said that she isn’t moving much and wanted to buzz her and wait another 20 min so he gave her a little buzz and she started moving a bit more. To be completely comfortable sending me home he did an ultrasound to check my fluids (sadly she was hiding her face so I didn’t get to see her🥺) but my fluids ended up looking good, and the conclusion was basically I have a lazy baby who kind of just likes to hang out and not do much😂
