Cramps and masturbating!?

Why do I get cramps when I masturbate!!?? Is this normal?

When you get sexually excited, your uterus moves up inside your body cavity, and when you orgasm, it may contrct exactly the same way than when you have period cramps. It is just supposed to be much more pleasurable because of the different coctail of chemicals and hormones present during orgasms.
If you masturbated close to your period, it may be your orgasm helping your period start due to the contractions in your uterus during orgasm.
If you also have painful cramps during your period or at other times, you may want to see your doctor to make sure you do not have ovarian cysts or endometriosis.
