I’m on the pill but everytime I have sex I seem to wake up bleeding, I started taking the pill after an abortion could this have something to do with it

If he is not injuring you, it is likely a side effect called breakthrough bleeding where your uterus lining thickens with blood rich tissue, but it does not shed. During sex and orgasms, your uterus moves around and contracts, causing the bleeding.
