Positive birth stories while on blood thinners

So I have have posted about pregnancy and blood thinners before, I’m 33 weeks and this is my 4th baby but 1st time on blood thinners, but I think I’ve made the decision to try to get an epidural while on blood thinners but I know there is a chance I won’t be able to bc if timing and all (can’t be blood thinners in my system while getting the epidural) and I know they say they can reverse it and all but I’m just wondering if anyone could share their experiences during labor and birth while on them. Did it go smoothly and were you able to get the epidural? Was there any problems? Thanks in advance.
