Cloth diapering working moms?

I’m cloth diapering while on maternity leave but I go back in about a month. I’m wondering if anyone has tips to stick with it through potty training. I’m hoping whoever watches baby will be able too. I’m still trying to zero in on leaks with what I have but clearly I’ll need to have diapers and extra clothes packed.

I pack a diaper for every 2 hours while gone plus 2 extra just in case. My son's grandma will use them but his great grandma will buy disposables to use because they're easier for her. I'm hoping she'll get better but we'll see. I did purchase a few pre loved after going back to work so I could wash every 3 days instead of 2 but I'm not finding it difficult to keep up with the laundry yet.

Rinse, rinse, rinse! It will keep the smell out. Make sure you have a good wash routine down before you go back to work. Get snap covers if you do diapers with snaps, so that the daycare knows exactly which setting it needs to be on or have a chart that shows where the snaps are supposed to go.

Following! Our daycare says they will do cloth, but they treat them like disposable— each diaper goes into a plastic bag to transport home, no changing inserts. So we’re planning on getting some Ai2s or Ai1s for daycare, even though our system at home is prefolds and covers. Looking forward to hearing other ideas!
