Same pattern each month?

Are you supposed to have a similar temp pattern each month? This is my third month temping and they are all so different!

Don't know the answer but I can show mine. Note, this month, orange line is not quite the same for me as for previous months (not sure why). But generally there's a trend. Can You show yours?
