Safe medicines while 25 weeks?

I’ll be 25 weeks Monday and I have come down with some type of sickness, body aches, head ache, sore ears and throat, my closest hospital is nearly 2 hours away. What medications are safe to treat these symptoms while I’m pregnant?

You don’t need to go to a hospital unless you get a fever. My midwife recommended a steamy shower, humidifier, saline nasa spray, honey, and said ricola cough drops are ok, and Benadryl is ok too. But mostly just fluids and rest!
