So I am 15 years old, and I have been on the pill for about a month due to my acne problems. I kinda knew my period was coming up because I have been craving chocolate so much.

Usually I get bad back pain (only had my period since last summer) but today has been extremely bad. I can barely walk with the pain in my front, I never get this type of cramps, only back and upper thigh pain. This might sound weird but my vagina is aching aswell, i dont use tampons. I am nauseous aswell. Is this normal while taking the pill or should I do something about it?
