I’m a little worried.. this is my first pregnancy and when i got this ultrasound i was 6 weeks and 5 days. i am now 7 weeks and 1 day.. the doctor couldn’t hear the heartbeat but saw that it was 129. i haven’t thrown up yet at all. could everything be ok?
