So over the past year I’ve gained 50 pounds.
Yes.... FIFTY. It was soooo sudden and I haven’t done that much differently in my life so idk what to do to take the weight off.
If anyone has any suggestions for weight loss, certain exercise programs that have worked for you, or different diets that have helped you please let a girl know!!!
Please, no judgement, I’ve been going to the gym every night and I’m trying my best to get this weight off. I look in the mirror and I don’t even see myself anymore.

Things I’ve been doing at the gym
•Running and trying intermittent running
•Dumbbell exercises (curls, overhead presses, squats and lunges etc.) because I heard gaining muscle burns fat
•Stair stepper machine
