Pelvic pressure/ache
I'm 24 weeks and for the past few days have had pelvic pressure and a dull ache whenever I stand up or walk around. It goes away if I lay or sit down. Could this be from my uterus getting bigger or should I worry about my cervix being dialated? I'm going to see my ob and will mention it to her today. Any info would be appreciated!
