Breastfeeding while pregnant
Does anyone know if continuing to breastfeed while I’m pregnant will help or hurt my future supply? I’m breastfeeding my first still she’s 10 months old and we are going to start trying soon for a sibling. I had a lot of trouble producing enough milk the first time around and I know during pregnancy is when your body ‘gears up’ for lactation, I was just wondering if it would possibly hurt or help. Anyone have experience with this?
