Please I don’t know what’s going on.

Twice today while I was walking I felt a wet leaking going down my pants, naturally I have a weak bladder so I thought I was peeing myself but it was actually coming my vagina. After the wetness a few mins later whiteish, clearish, yellowish discharge clumps started to come out. It was not like usual discharge for me. Prior 2 weeks ago I had to take a plan b pill and then go my period as normal. If anyone has experienced this before please let me know.
