Dry skin?

What are your favorite remedies for super dry, itchy skin? My skin is so flaky! 
I’m looking for something to use in the shower (favorite loofahs, body wash, oils, etc) and products for after the shower (oils, lotions, creams, etc). Thanks!

Get these. Google (or YouTube) DIY Korean spa exfoliating. I am not exaggerating, this has changed my life. I do it about once a week. Use the soap first, leave it on in the steam for about 5 minutes, and scrub all your dead skin off. Then you apply lotion or coconut oil after the shower. I tell everyone about this!

Do you get enough fish/fish oils/omega 3 through your diet? 
Also really dry and flaky skin can be a fungus problem, not necessarily just dry skin.

not sure for in the shower but I use two different lotions..palmers stretch mark and a coconut oil one
