Ultrasound schedule?

I feel like I’ve seen a lot of posts about ultrasounds lately... my last one was the anatomy scan at 24 weeks or whenever they did that. To my knowledge there isn’t another one that standard of care between now and delivery. Anyone else?

My doctors office is the same. Under normal circumstances they don't do one after the anatomy scan unless you go past 40 weeks.

Depends on your insurance and your pregnancy. With my son, my anatomy scan would have been my last one except I developed preeclampsia and they had to do a growth scan to see if I could be induced early (I ended up being induced at 37 weeks).  This time I have a few risk factors and my insurance covers unlimited ultrasounds in my case, so my doctors are doing a bunch.

My doctors office only does two ultrasounds ( one at the beginning and one for the anatomy scan.)  some people may get more because maybe the see a specialist or are high risk. 
I pay cash to get my 3d/4d done . 
I also see a specialist and get a ultrasound done every 4 weeks to make sure my baby is growing properly.

I think it just depends on each pregnancy. Normally I have only gotten maybe 2-3 ultrasounds per pregnancy. I’m pregnant with number 3 now. I’ve had one at 8 weeks, one 12 weeks to check heart rate (my csection scar made it hard to use the heart monitor where baby was positioned), and one at 20 weeks for the gender scan and measurements. I’m expecting one more at my next visit. I’m 31 weeks at the moment. My doctor thought I was possibly further along and she wants to check baby girls measurements and see if she will be here sooner than expected. Usually doctors don’t order ultrasounds until they feel they are necessary.

Normally you'll get three unless there is medical reasons to do more . I have my 6th one this week

My insurance only covers 2. I had my first one at 10 weeks and my anatomy scan at 18w4d. Member once gotnto see her face 😓

Where I live you get one at your first appointment, 12w, 16w, 20w, & 32. My baby is breech, however, so I will also receive another at 36w!

Standard of care will vary. 
It’s “normal” to get as little as 2 the whole pregnancy. 
Some women will get more than that, based on a few things.
The number of ultrasounds offered depends on:
- low or high risk pregnancy 
- doctor’s policy on how many they order 
- how many your insurance will cover 
- any issues that may appear at any point in pregnancy making an ultrasound necessary.

It’s normal here to get 3. Initial one, anatomy and growth at 36 weeks. 
Now for me I had one extra at the beginning. Then I had to go back for another anatomy scan to check his heart. 
Then I found out he only had 1 artery instead of 2 in his umbilical cord. So I had to go to mfm and had one and fetal
Echo. The mfm wants one a month now until birth to check growth. 
So I’ve had 6 so far

I am at risk for cervical thinning, so I’ve had one after 20 weeks (I think it was 26 weeks?) and am having another at 32 weeks. I also had a 3D/4D at 24 weeks and will be having another at 34 weeks, but those are both elective and out of pocket.
