Trouble sleeping...
Hey mommas! The last few weeks I've been having issues sleeping. I wake up around 3am bright eyed a bushy tailed. 👎🏼 I can't seem to get back to sleep after. Most mornings by 4, I give up trying to get back to sleep so I get up. I'm just too stiff and uncomfortable by that point.
What are some ways of keeping your self comfy through the night so this doesn't happen? I've gone through one pregnancy pillow. And now I'm just using a tummy wedge. Nothing is working!
