What discharge is this?

Had my period on the 4th-10th and I forgot to take Sunday and Mondays pill so I took them all Tuesday and started bleeding & this is what it looks like. I’m still currently bleeding. My next period is supposed to be in 2 weeks & I had sex Wednesday night and before that I think it was Friday night. Is this normal? I currently have an ear infection & my sinuses are messed up w/ some chest pain.. normal? Am I trippin??
