Do you track your pregnancy weight at home?

I weigh myself occasionally at home but I often forget so it ends up being like 1x a month or so. 🤷🏻‍♀️ So mostly at the doctor only.

I do it daily because I’m a chronic over eater. If I’m tracking my weight it helps me to keep myself in check.

I weigh myself daily (or try to at least). However, I am considered obese so my doctor and I want to keep weight gain to a minimal if at all possible. I’m not trying to lose weight or starving myself by any means, just making sure that the gain is healthy for my size. Plus I lost 15 pounds in my first trimester and she doesn’t want me losing anymore if we can help it!

No. I’ve barely gained any weight but If i started gaining a lot, I would probably monitor maybe weekly to make sure I’m not gaining an unhealthy amount of weight.

Every Monday I do. Just so I know, not to stress about it bc at the end of the day it's just a number and the health of my baby is more important.

By principle I don’t have a weight at home, so I only weigh myself at my midwife or doctor.
