Women who exercise regularly and vigorously
To the women who exercise regularly and vigorously, did you show later in your pregnancy than most?
I am in my second trimester, and take barre and cycling classes 5-6 times per week (I did this before my pregnancy as well, and have continued).
I’ve put on about 5-6 lbs. so far according to the scale, but not sure where, as I’m thin and not showing at all, except for looking ever so slightly bloated, compared to my normally extremely flat stomach.
Does the exercise truly impact how you start to show and help keep everything in place longer? Or is this just genetics?
