I know a lot of people think that only baby's dad should be in the delivery room, but I want it to be him, both of our mom's and my sister (only because she's our photographer). His mom keeps saying that as soon as we know for sure that they're keeping me, she's coming, which is what I want, but she is bringing her mother, and her 12 year old daughter, which I don't want.

How did you discourage people from camping out in the waiting room, which is what his family seems to be planning? And how did you deal with any unwanted visitors trying to join you in the delivery room?
