Why am I spotting😠

I started spotting 10 days before my period(cd21). Usually have a 29-30 day cycle and I’ll usually spot 1-3 days before i start but this cycle I have spotted for 4 days now off and on. It’s only when I wipe after using the bathroom and brown, I’ve never spotted a whole 10 days before af I’ve taken a couple tests and they were both negative. Does anyone have any insight on this issue? I just want my period or a vfl but neither are happening and I don’t understand why my body is doing this
