Do y'all believe someone's spirit can keep calling yours? I love my husband and am in love with him. But I keep dreaming my ex. Why?

Specifically google what happens in the dream.
I was having dreams I kept getting tattoos thinking I really liked them then ended up hating them and wanting them off me..
I googled my dreams and the results made so much sense. Your dreams are a lot deeper than they seem. But I think you’re not over your ex, or need closure.

In the beginning of my relationship I dreamt about my ex often. It stopped after he drunk texted me asking why I broke up with him and I gave him closure, and I guess got some for myself. 
I do believe dreams hold meaning but it’s typically about what’s going on inside of us. And if it is a closure thing, it’s important to know and accept that you won’t always have closure or justification for some thing.

Sounds like you still have feelings for your ex. I have dreams of different exs randomly and wake up thinking "why the fuck is the asshole in my dreams?!" Not "omg his soul is calling out to me we need to be together!". Seems like you have unfinished business with him and are looking for justification.

So I’ve heard some real spooky stuff about satanic priests and witches doing some out of body spooky stuff and visiting people...
So does your ex practice dark arts? Lol 
But on a more serious note... I had a dream about one of my college friends and he “fell in love” with me in my dream. I’ve dreamed about all my exes before. Shoot, I’ve even dreamed I was in a Hunger Games scenario with thousands of people and had to kill them all 😧 I’ve even suffered from Sleep Paralysis for many years (being visited by the same “demon”)
Your dreams do not reflect your heart or your “subconscious” whatsoever. They’re your brain’s way of healing/storing information... and it makes sense that you would see images of people you’ve SEEN, as the electricity is firing away through your brain and sending perhaps random images into your dreams... or maybe you’ve been thinking on one thing for so, so long. 🤷‍♀️🤷‍♀️🤷‍♀️

It’s likely you just don’t have the closure you want or needed, so you’ll dream of your ex. But honestly, if you dream of your third grade teacher that doesn’t mean their spirit is calling you. You’re thinking too deep into it.
