Changed diaper brands, now she has a mild, persistent tummy rash

My daughter recently grew out of her Thursties diapers and now wears Nora’s Nursery or Alva. She’s on the smallest setting. Ever since the switch, she has had diaper rash problems on her tummy. Her diaper is changed every 2-3 hours. It doesn’t seem to bug her but I’d like to fix it. Any remedies or solutions would be appreciated! ☺️
