TMI please help!!

This picture is really disturbing and I’m really scared what I may have cause I’ve had this green discharge ever since my boyfriend and I started having sex and we both don’t have any std. I’m also only 14 years old; I feel really embarrassed showing this because I’m still at a young age to be having sex. I don’t want to tell my mom because she doesn’t want me to have a boyfriend and she might be asking me if I’d ever had sex. I really need help. I want to go see a doctor without no parent but I’m not sure if they do it in Hawai’i.
