Vomiting help!
Help me! I just vomited so hard I've torn/bruised my throat! Its minging I know but now my throat is in agony, and I don't know how to heal it. I'm worried as well because I know I'll be sick again in the morning and that will just be bile which won't help my throat.
Can someone please help?
