Pain near anus?

Question

I'm 25 weeks. Getting a throbbing pain near my anus. I don't see blood when I wipe and it's not constant so I assume it's not a hemrroid. Anyone else experience the same thing?

It could still be a hemorrhoid mine never bleed & the pain isn't constant just when I move certain positions or go to wipe.

I am 18+2, and I had some rectal pain and asked my doctor about it. She said that it happens due to the uterus stretching and so it can effect the rectal area too. I told her though that I have it randomly, not when I am in the bathroom. I am prone to hemorrhoids, but I don't have them either right now.

I'm only 7w4d and I've been having random throbbing anus pain like that since maybe 3.5 weeks? It seems way to early for this pain to be baby related in my case but I've definitely never felt it before. Can't wait to get to my first appointment and figure out what it could be...
