Sharp pain that comes and goes

Every once in awhile I get sharp pain on my left side of my lower stomach. It goes away after few minutes, only happens once a day or less. Should I be worried? This is my 3rd pregnancy I’m about 5weeks 3days along.. no spotting or other problems
