nuvaring question
okay so i accidentally froze my nuvaring because it was in the fridge and my dad moved it to the freezer for no good reason. anyways the internet is not really helping me out on this one and i’m wondering if you all know if it will still work to prevent pregnancy and help pms symptoms. thanks:)
