So I just found out that I am having twins a few weeks ago. I am five months. And I also just got rejected from my birthing center of choice because ever since Jan 2014, my state (CA) does not allow multiples or breech to be born in a birthing center. I am still really uncomfortable with a hospital birth, and was curious if any of you had thought of doing a home birth yourselves...with a doula or midwife of sorts. I will still be near a hospital just in case it all goes to hell, I just don't want to be in a hospital if I don't have to be. This is my first pregnancy ever and I am 24 yrs old.
