My baby is broken

My baby boy is 6 weeks old now and for last week or so has been so unsettled. Saturday I noticed his belly button pokes out a lot so now I'm worrying he has an umbilical hernia?!

His feeding is literally rubbish. He is bottle fed and doesnt take the teat on properly which causes him to have bad wind so in a 4oz bottle he has to be burped about 6 times or more so I'm thinking he either has tongue tie or reflux.

Currently waiting for Dr to open to grab an appt. He has his 6 week check up on thurs but I cant handle another day of his discomfort.
