Ovarian Cyst

Hey ladies, I had my first appt today and got to hear the heartbeat and see my baby. What I didn't expect to see was a cyst, I've never had one before. I'm currently 7 weeks and 2 days, and the cyst is 7 cm. Have any of you had one? Did it correct itself? Or did you eventually have to have it surgically removed.

I've been experiencing no pain from it and had no idea it was there. Just wondering what to expect/what I can do to make it better.
