I ask the dr the same thing and she told me usually nothing like that will work cause I told her I had been buying different things. Then she prescribed clomid and it kicked my ovulation into gear

No I took one cycle of clomid and the side effects were to bad so I didn’t take it again. That was in April. May I ovulated on my own and still didn’t get pregnant. This month and I waiting for ovulation I’ve been using opks
