How long does bedtime routine take with a bath?

How long does your toddler’s bedtime routine take? Mine has become a master staller. Between her bath, lotion/jammies/teeth brushing, stories, songs and multiple potty breaks, we are now lucky to get it done in an hour.  With a newborn on the way in 7 weeks I want to tighten it up but it is a challenge! I feel like we rush already and I am always saying no 😕.

We brush teeth and sit on the potty while the tub is filling up, 10-15 min bath, sit on the potty after the bath (occasionally), jammies/lotion/ears/hair while singing a song or two, one book, hugs/kisses, and into bed. 30-35 minutes tops.
I’m not sure if that’s helpful, but that’s what ours looks like. Hope you find something that works! They definitely know how to drag things out. Lol

It takes us about an hour but im also doing all the night time stuff with my almost 11 month old also. I feel like it takes us forever!

I don’t do baths as part of her routine, she hated baths until she was like 10 months old & even once she started liking baths she still screamed every time I washed her hair so baths were not a relaxing thing (just this month she finally figured out how to hold a wash cloth over closed eyes to keep water out of her eyes) At any rate we do: put on jammies, brush teeth, hug/kiss big brother & whatever parent isn’t putting her to bed, potty try, read book, prayers & then hug/kiss from the one tucking her in, turn on sound machine, turn off light, close door
With stalling tactics it takes 30 minutes w/ no stalling tactics 15 minutes :) depending on how early we get going on the routine I may allow some stalling but if it’s late I’ll say things like “If you want to read a book then you’ll go potty NOW” Instead of wrestling w/ her brother or continuing to nibble on dinner or hiding behind the storage ottoman etc. etc.

Ours is an hour Haha 
We do bath/shower forn15ish minutes...them we watch a paw patrol episode as a family. My 2 week old nurses and my feb17 fella cuddles me and his dad. We then go sit on potty then brush teeth. Baby sister sleeps and i take him into his room he gets 2 books, his 3 quick songs,  and we say prayers...he gets kisses and goes to sleep.   
Honestly a lot of the time is paw patrol but like I said I get my 2 week old fed and everyone gets some snuggles...thisbpart alone is at least 20 minutes and it lasts as long as it takes to feed her.  It's also a special treat because he doesn't get TV during the day.
