Too Early for Ultrasound?

Our first ultrasound is scheduled for July 8th, when I will just be 7 weeks. The doctor made a point of saying “We don’t schedule until 8 weeks, because you can’t really see anything.” Yet, I’m still scheduled for 7 weeks. Should I reschedule? I don’t want my husband to take off work and then not be able to see our little baby!!

You should be able to see baby! I’m having my first done at 6w3d and every other post I’ve seen around that time, they saw a baby with heartbeat. 😍👶🏻❤️

There should be something on the ultrasound. I have had two so far one at 6 weeks and one at 7 weeks. Here is my 7 week US

My doctor scheduled my appointment for 9/10 weeks 😭😂 we don’t know how far I am bc we don’t know when my last period is but it’s okay! There’s a small chance I can get one a week or two sooner

I had an appointment today and I was measured at 7w3d with a FHR of 144💕 I’m sure they’ll be able to see something!

I have my 1st appt next Wednesday. Which puts me at 7 weeks 3 days. They say 1st appt anytime between 7-10 weeks
