Sciatic Nerve pain
I have had really bad sciatic pain in mainly my right hip/back/leg. So painful to walk that I hobble. My job has me on my feet all day and I'm miserable!! Someone please tell me a magical way to help relieve some pain!!
I've tried: warm bath with jets, chiropractor, stretching, heat and ice...nothing has worked!! I'm trying a professional massage tomorrow...
HELP!
