BLEEDING after masturbation HELP PLS

I’m 16 and yesterday when I masturbated a few hours later I started bleeding. It isn’t as heavy as my period but still enough to make me worry. After a while it stopped but then today it started bleeding again and I also have abdominal cramps that feel like period cramps, but they aren’t that severe. This isn’t the first time I’ve masturbated and this has never happened before I’m super worried please help. Also it’s 100% not my period because I get my period in 11 days and I’ve always gotten my period on time. Please help me
