Last week I had a podiatrist appointment for a cortisone shot. My husband picked up my almost 3 year old stepdaughter from daycare and told her they were meeting me at the doctor. She asked if I was having a baby. He told her no, that my foot was hurting. She came back with, "but Jenn is still gonna have a baby". We are so careful not to talk about our struggle to conceive around her and she has no way of knowing or understanding that I had just started my second round of clomid. As silly as it may seem, I'm praying that God is listening to her and will answer both of our prayers.
