What's safe for nausea?

I was just wondering what you guys have done to help with the nausea. I'm 9 weeks and feeling pretty nauseous lately. 
Im wondering if ginger gravol safe to take ?

I was told ginger candies really help with the nausea and I got a pressure point bracelet that helps with nausea too!

I've been taking vitamin b-6 (only 10-25mg) at my doctor's suggestion and it's worked well for me. I try to take it 2-3 times a day or at least if I feel a bout of queasiness coming on.

What's safe for nausea?
