Weight loss issues?
I'm at a loss. 4 years ago I lost 80 pounds. I was running 20-25 miles a week eating clean etc.. I got pregnant with my 2nd in 2016, gave birth in 2017. I've been struggling since his birth to lose weight. I've had my thyroid checked and its fine. I've seen a nutritionist and she didnt seem to think there was anything wrong with my weight. At my lowest I weighed 165 and now I'm at 180. HELP?!?!?
regular day of wxersice and eating:
Run 3 to 4 miles 5 times week
Breakfast @830- yogurt, eggs, whole wheat muffin with PB etc..
Lunch- salad, Turkey sanswhich on whole wheat, yogurt, fresh fruit and veggies
Snack- protein bar, apple with PB etc..
Dinner- just depends on what I cook
Nothing crazy though
I stick between 1400 and 1600 calories a day and I cant seem to budge that damn scale! Idk what else to do!!!!!
