What is this pain?

I've had pcos for a decade. I was off my meds for about 2 years, and have been back on them for 2 weeks and 2 days. Fairly certain I ovulated over the weekend (2 weeks into my bc pack, cramping pain on just the left side, super emotional, etc). But now I'm cramping all over down there, as if I were halfway through my period, even though there's nothing. Anyone know why I'm having these painful cramps?
