Pregnancy confidentiality broken !!!

So when I let my line manager and HR know about my pregnancy I was asked multiple times if I wanted to keep it confidential and every time I made it clear that I didn’t want anyone knowing including the people in the department I’m starting work in however it’s not circulating that around that department and everywhere else that I’m pregnant! And now everyone is talking about it and wondering why I’m not showing yet .

I’m beyond irritated that they have broken my confidentiality
